MORNSUN URF1D_QB series offer 50W, 75W and 100W maximum power output respectively. Encapsulated in a compact quarter-brick form factor with plastic base-plate, this design provides increased system reliability through added protection from environmental factors such dust and moisture.
Additionally, the isolated base-plate with threaded inserts can accept an optional heat sink. The URF1D_QB series includes outputs of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, input ranges of 66VDC to 160VDC (110VDC nominal) and 3,000VDC basic isolation. The DC-DC converter modules also offer a very high efficiency up to 92% and have a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C with derating. Furthermore, other than input under-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, URF1D_QB series also include remote on/off function, adjustable output voltage function, and output voltage remote sense compensation.
MORNSUN URF1D_QB series are designed to meet the railway industry specifications EN50155 and has been tested to the vibration and shock requirements of IEC/EN61373. It is ideal for rolling stock applications and common railway applications.
