Ballast Mats and Waterproofing

Trelleborg ATP-DR Ballast Mats are produced from natural rubber elastomer, which is specifically selected to produce required performance characteristics. The fabric reinforced upper surface permits ballast to nest for track bed stability.

The mat underside has a regular pattern of projections that act like springs or shock absorbers, and provide the correct shape factor to meet the stated performance for drainage.

Trelleborg ATP-DR Ballast Mats are generally supplied in 6.4mm-wide rolls or in precut lengths to suit specific project needs. Precut lengths are
palletised for sling and / or forklift handling on site.
