The contract with Solana for the supply of a long line plant has recently been signed and Argentina has opened its doors to WEGH Group technology.

It is an important outcome for WEGH Group in Latin America. Solana, a major building and construction company in the sector of concrete production, based in Mar de Plata, chose the high flexibility of WEGH Group’s long line technology for the manufacturing of metre gauge and broad gauge (1,676m) concrete railway sleepers, bound to satisfy the various needs of the Argentinian market.

In Buenos Aires, the contract for the supply of a plant for the production of prestressed reinforced concrete railway sleepers has been recently signed, at the presence of Kirby Pagani, assistant to the sales director of WEGH Group, Gianpaolo Beghi, area manager of WEGH Group, Diego Miceli, owner of Solana e of Eng. and Diego Delucchi, responsible for the Solana sleepers project.

This success confirms once more WEGH Group’s high product quality, concerning efficiency, safety, durability and availability.
