The rail vehicle manufacturer Stadler Rail has built a bogie competence centre for 120-140 employees on approximately 10,000m² of industrial fallow in Oberwinterthur (CH).

The workshop in Oberwinterthur is equipped with a siding track and has the capacity to produce 600 bogies a year, which can be doubled if required.

To master this high capacity, the serious check of the bogies within the shortest time and without big expenditure must be guaranteed. Nencki delivers the bogie test bench NBT with modern PC-controlled arrangement for Stadler Rail. The test times can consequently be reduced by approximately 50%.

The unit will be put into operation at the end of 2009 at the Oberwinterthur workshop in Switzerland.
