Televic Rail passenger information screens are currently on display in a mock-up train presented by Eversholt Rail in association with Atlantic Design.

Eversholt Rail’s aim is to show how a refurbishment of existing trains may prove more beneficial than buying a complete new fleet. As a demonstration, Atlantic Design built a mock-up refurbishment for the Mark IV coaches currently in service on the UK East Coast Mainline.

The full-size mock-up train carriage is fully furbished to show the future possibilities of passenger comfort. Televic Rail supplied the passenger information displays for this train of the future, showing journey information regarding destination, stops etc. as well as practical and commercial messages.

The mock-up was unveiled in London in December and was showcased later on in other UK cities.
