OMK originally supplied its Trax seating system, specified in the top of the range saddle-stitched coach hide leather, for the departures lounge at the then newly refurbished St Pancras International Station London in 2007.
Impressed by the durability, flexible upgrade options and 25 years guarantee of the seats, Eurostar have continued to add more to their portfolio, replacing other less durable furniture.
In August, OMK supplied and installed Trax to Ashford International Station, replacing all of the existing seating in the Eurostar departure lounge and the main concourse of the station.
Ashford International offers high-speed direct links to the heart of many European destinations such as London, Paris, Disney Land Paris, Brussels, Lille and Marseille.
This renovation is part of the £10m refurbishment to make the international platforms compatible with Eurostar’s Class 374 units, branded as Eurostar e320.
