In order to continuously deepen the construction of the ‘Five Strong’ leadership group, and thoroughly implement the ‘Ten Policies Regarding the Youth’ work requirements of CRRC, the company has made every effort to build a learning platform for the ‘Youth Class’. Through the vocational tutor system and the leadership teaching, especially the first class given by the principal in charge, the company effectively plays the role of mentor to further improve the personal literacy, broaden the overall vision, and enrich the learning content for the young people.
In this ‘Youth Class’, Chen Zhixin shared his insights on life, thoughts on work, and put forward suggestions for the training and growth of young people. Vice-president Zhou Li hosted the class. Nearly 100 people attended, including young talents, key young staff, potential young staff, and business directors. He said:
“Firstly, we must establish correct life goals and work hard for them, with the spirit of struggle, and overcome difficulties. Secondly, we must have some expectations for ourselves, and a sense of responsibility at the right time to shoulder heavy responsibilities. The third is to seek truth and be pragmatic, and avoid being overly ambitious. Fourthly, we should improve our adaptability, sum up experience in success, and learn from setbacks.”
In the class, Chen Zhixin also communicated with the young staff and patiently and carefully addressed the problems they encountered in work.
The unique class is full of sincere affection and earnest wishes. Through face-to-face communication with leaders, the young staff further clarifies the direction of growth, and strengthens their determination to contribute to the company.
