MTM Power, the specialist for individual power supplies, has been approved the AC / DC power modules series PMmed / PCMmed acc. to CB-Scheme, EN 60 950, EN 60 601, UL 60 950 and UL 60 601.

Based on the well-established and worldwide used modules of the series PMAS / PCMAS the series PMmed / PCMmed for medical engineering applications is now available. High packing density and smallest dimensions allow an efficient, cost-saving solution for different tasks where medium-ranged power is needed. The devices are prepared for applications in class one and two and comply with the latest standards as regards CE conformity.

The series PMmed / PCMmed with an output power of 24W, 48W, 60W, 75W and 100W is available with the prevalent single output voltages 3.3, 5, 12, 24, 36 and
48VDC. The series is short circuit protected, needs no ground load, is designed for PCB mounting or chassis mounting and has a reduced stand-by power.

The vacuum encapsulated modules have a high efficiency up to <90% and are characterised by compact design due to their mechanical and electrical rugged construction. The very high quality of the whole series is based on SMD-technology, 100%-burn-in-test and automatic 100% final test.
