Gunnebo has been awarded the supply of special customer aesthetic entrance gates for four stations of TMB Metro Barcelona.

The stations to be equipped with 46 new Gunnebo gates are Glories, Bellvitge, Torras y Bages and Urquinaona. The renovation of the stations follows the ‘anti-fraud’ project, whereby TMB is upgrading old turnstiles with more modern and more efficient AFC gates to secure revenue and prevent fraud. Installation of the gates will be completed in the last quarter of 2012.
