The new configuration is based on 3-Level technology Basic Power Modules and has been optimised to meet the requirements of a high-speed multi-voltage vehicle.

All the necessary elements have been allocated bearing in mind requirements of compactness, lightweight and the need for robust equipment. A special effort has been placed on switching elements optimisation.
