TPS has delivered more than 450 auxiliary power supplies (APS) for monorail platforms worldwide, including a custom-designed APS for monorails in King Abdullah Financial District, Saudi Arabia, and Sao Paulo, Brazil. This ground-breaking APS was one of the highlighted products on showcase at InnoTrans 2016 and was featured in the InnoTrans innovation catalogue.

This APS also boasts many unique features, including a liquid cooling system made from modular line replaceable units (LRUs). The three-phase, single-phase and DC conversion circuits were optimised to meet the specification and still achieve the smallest space, highest efficiency and lowest weight for each module. The enclosure was fabricated using weight reduction techniques more frequently seen in the aerospace industry.
