The GURU® Flag and Clip is used to perform a cold-water refill of a locomotive cooling system, without tripping the GURU® plug.

The clip is placed into the slot of the GURU® stem after the cartridge is warmed, allowing the flag to be magnetically attached to the side of the locomotive as a visual indication that the GURU® valve is disabled.

The GURU® Flag will help prevent leaving a penny or washer in the valve stem, defeating the valve’s function and possibly resulting in freeze damage to the locomotive.

An anti-tampering assembly version is available, which has a push key instead of a clip that completely eliminates the capability of inserting anything under the valve stem.
