Flexible self-limiting / constant wattage elements, which are easily transported and installed with a quick connect power supply system. They can be delivered in complete kits with adaptable lengths, according to the customer’s specifications.

We deliver:

• Heating systems with 1m – 20m element length with one 110VAC – 240VAC feeding point
• A self-limiting system with four 130W/m rail, which totals in 520W/m switch (we install elements on all four rails to reduce power usage and save energy)
• A constant wattage system with four 70W – 200W/m rail, which totals in 800W/m switch (we install elements on all four rails to reduce power usage and save energy)
• Complete kits with all the materials needed to install a heating system with a customized length. A kit consists of
  • Protective channels
  • Clips
  • Quick connect power feed system with IP68 screw lock plugs
  • 8m power-feed cable moulded into the power distributor
• Optional switch rod heating elements, which can be doubled at sensitive spots to ensure a smoother operation:
  • No screw terminals need to be thawed to be able to exchange element
  • Length of spare element can be adjusted on-site with simple tools
